• 3+ years of experience managing projects related to trust & safety product changes / operations
• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management or product management
• Native Ukrainian and/or Russian speaker
• Ability to quickly identify problems, analyze them, and leverage data to provide recommendations and solutions
• Experience working closely with engineers, product teams, operation teams, policy teams and international partners across different time zones and cultures
• Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time critical ambiguous situations with minimum guidance
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships and to build credibility and trust with stakeholders
