• Experience creating analysis reports and conducting RCAs
• Experience applying policy tag(s) or action(s) on media content
• Able to work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of work, and completing tasks in timely manner, while adapting rapidly to changing work environments, priorities and organizational needs
• Ability to provide data-driven analysis to cross-functional teams in various processes, policies, and procedures
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Google Suite, (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Minimal travel between our Los Angeles and Mountain View/Sunnyvale offices
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience or 3+ years experience in the Trust & Safety Industry
• Interested in data analysis, and statistics
• Understanding of the broader landscape of new policy developments in media, tech, and the entertainment industries
• Experience working in a start-up, or forming new teams in established companies
• Proven experience successfully manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large and disconnected data sets within spreadsheets and databases
• Familiar with trends, challenges, and memes across media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, 4chan, and Reddit
