• Ideally 5+ years of Product Management experience with successful track record of building and launching new products/services
• Background in Payments and/or Compliance and Sanctions Screening
• Strong understanding of e-Commerce/Marketplace/Third Party Processing segments
• Customer focused; ability to connect products with customer needs and appreciate the broader picture
• Strong knowledge of APIs and client developer needs
• Strong knowledge of client-facing UX design
• Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation
• Ability to identify use cases, document customer journeys and business requirements
• Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and design thinking a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
