• 3+ years of experience creating and facilitating training
• Undergraduate degree is essential: Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts
• 1+ years leading a team of Training Specialists, Instructional Designers and/or similar training and content focused roles
• 2+ years of experience with Content Policy or Anti-Abuse Operations 
• Familiarity with Internet Policy and Trust & Safety risk trends like Spam, fraud, identify theft, abuse and misinformation
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories with proven ability and skills to style-flex as needed based on a variety of situations, individuals and audiences
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Cornerstone, as well as design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Captivate, etc
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies to deliver effective training
• Capable of analyzing and producing content through the eyes of a learner
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment and equally enjoys working independently
• Easily adaptable and willing to evolve to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Go-getter with great initiative and the ability to deliver and drive results with autonomy and independence
• Able to organize and prioritize across multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and create basic training as well as the ability to think strategically and interact with senior leaders in a credible manner
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Having interviews in an accessible location
• Being accompanied by a service dog
• Having a sign language interpreter present for the interview
