• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent Training management experience
• 5+ years of experience in training development and deployment
• Managing training for a large-scale predominately remote organization
• Experience leveraging and implementing learning management systems, knowledge management and CRM systems and tools
• Experience working in Operations, collaborating with global teams, multinational vendors & BPOs
• Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
