• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• 2+ years experience leading a team and supporting direct reports
• Experience creating career pathing and scoping out development plans
• Experience with project management and comfort with Agile practices and artifacts
• Experience in analysis of processes, metrics, workflows and operations
• Experience documenting business process flows
• Effective communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Extremely flexible, willing to scope out and take on new tasks
• Must be organized, positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• High level of curiosity and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - sometimes daily changes
• For positions that require some in-office work or in-person client meetings, exceptions to these in-office or in-person job requirements may be made at the discretion of the business through June 2022, at which point full vaccination will be required
