• 2+ years of experience in customer support, billing, claims, and/or fraud prevention
• Moderate level of Excel and SQL knowledge a major plus
• Highly attentive to details with a strong analytical aptitude
• Ability to understand organizational design and process issues; being able to identify root causes and propose realistic solutions
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment with limited information
• Self-directed and self-motivated with demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, processes, and requirements
