• 5+ years work experience with an emphasis on business intelligence, data analysis, operations or related field
• Able to apply project management best practices
• Experience communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, including leadership
• Knowledge of SQL to write complex, highly-optimized queries across large volumes of data
• Text analytics experience on data from a diverse array of data sources, and the ability to synthesize and visualize data for making timely decisions, gaining buy-in from leadership, and developing rules
• Self-starter, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Must be organized, positive, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• For positions that require some in-office work or in-person client meetings, exceptions to these in-office or in-person job requirements may be made at the discretion of the business through June 2022, at which point full vaccination will be required
• To qualify as being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 there should have been a two week period after receiving the second dose (or any government recommended booster shot) in a 2-dose COVID-19 vaccine series, or a two week period after receiving a single-dose (or any government recommended booster shot) in a single dose COVID-19 vaccine
