• 5+ years work experience with an emphasis on business intelligence, data analysis, operations or related field
• Strong skills in project management and leadership
• Thorough knowledge of SQL to write complex, highly-optimized queries across large volumes of data
• Self-starter, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Mustbe organized, positive, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
