• 1-2+ years of experience in employee training
• A foundational understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory and techniques
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or Knowledge Base software
• Ability to effectively present information to clients, public groups, employees, and upper management
• Lesson planning experience or skilled in training content creation
• Exceptional writing skills
• Ability to quickly adapt and adjust priorities as new projects and processes come online
