• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1 year of experience in technical leadership, systems design, or technical program management with an engineering team
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Experience working in the trust and safety space
• Familiarity with using Google products and services
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
