• You have an advanced degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, computational social science, information science, behavioral economics, communications, or related areas
• You have excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, and you are very comfortable advising teams how to interpret research or data that is available
• You are a phenomenal teammate with a proven track record to work cross-functionally, and across geographies
• You thrive in situations where you have to set research direction, communicate research needs to interdisciplinary teams, and are comfortable providing concrete advice on product direction
• You have previous experience handling partners in urgent and sensitive situations, and communicating with leadership
• This includes communication and communicating clear in-depth results and their limitations to partners without research backgrounds
