• Masters in Computer Science with 5+ years of industry experience building production machine learning systems at scale
• Experience in working with cross-functional product and engineering teams to understand requirements and incorporate them in the roadmap
• Proven ability with statistical methods along with experience with both "traditional" machine learning models (such as classification, random forest, boosting, ensemble) and deep learning models (such as transfer learning, reinforcement learning, especially on text and image problems)
• Experienced with languages used to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Proficient using database technologies and distributed datastores (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience in working in cross team collaborations, strong communication skills
