• This position requires a hands-on entrepreneurial approach to build, manage key relationships and functional responsibilities
• We are looking for a cross-functional team leader that operates with a sense of urgency, has experience with fraud policy creation and enforcement, understands working within grey areas, and can make decisive and objective decisions
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business
• You have 5+ years' experience in Fraud and Risk Management, program management, policy management, risk assessments and/or compliance
• You are a detail-oriented, critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels
• You are an independent team player that can build relationships with partners and keep teammates informed and engaged
• You have experience working with partners and teammates across different time zones and cultures
