• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in research, analysis, and managing internal/external partners and stakeholders
• Experience in data engineering, building a partner management team, and managing global teams
• Experience in designing/delivering technical or operational projects
• Experience with large research datasets and/or development of technical research tools
• Experience in bringing technical products to market and driving adoption through partner management
• Ability to review or be exposed to sensitive/violative content as part of core role
• Ability to be creative, collaborate, and lead teams
• Excellent global leadership, organizational, and communication skills
