• Minimum BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics, or relevant field and/or 5-6 years of relevant experience
• 3-4 years in Content Quality, TnS Operations, or similar industry
• 3+ years managing FTEs and working with BPOs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis to derive key insights
• Able to speak to data with excellent communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with external and internal teams
• A willingness to dedicate by show of strong ownership and putting business needs first
• Ability to lead effectively, prioritize projects, and ensure the delivery of high quality work under time constraints
