• 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching products
• Experience hiring and coaching teams of 5+ direct reports (with experience managing managers)
• Experience growing and managing geographically distributed teams
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, communicate priorities and corresponding product roadmap across functions and teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with large scale products
• Identity or security-related experience
• Experience building tools for operations teams
• For positions that require some in-office work or in-person client meetings, exceptions to these in-office or in-person job requirements may be made at the discretion of the business through June 2022, at which point full vaccination will be required
