• Experience owning the strategy, development, and implementation of policy for an online platform at scale, ideally with a focus on emerging online risk areas and “unknown unknowns” in Trust & Safety, Compliance, Risk, or Customer Support
• Excellent written communication skills and an ability to distill sophisticated ideas in a way that's accessible to a broad audience of internal and external partners
• A collaborative mentality and willingness to support a positive and dedicated team culture
• Cross-functional experience facilitating debate, drawing out varied perspectives, and ensuring partners “disagree and commit” as needed to drive continual improvement
