We are seeking an innovative Sr. Product Manager-Technical (PMT) to bring a vision for what the customer experience can be, and work backwards from there to make it a reality. Our core mission is to bring together PMT’s, engineers, and data scientists to create the technical solutions that can interpret what is occurring in PV digital content. You will harness these capabilities and define the product architecture from end to end, including identifying what new ML models are needed, the backend systems that are required to orchestrate and deliver the experience, and the final customer interaction.
What you will do:
• Create the vision and strategy for new AI based products and present your roadmap to senior executives and teams across Prime Video
• Partner with data science, engineering, program management, and operations to bring products to market, develop and grow new business opportunities, and enhance the customer experience
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on your ideas
• Use data to define your proposals and drive your decisions
• Most importantly: delight the customer
