• 10+ years of experience in operations, trust and safety and/or content moderation.
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, political science, sociology, psychology, social work, or another related area of study.
• 5+ years of managing teams.
• Background in Trust & Safety, content moderation or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects end to end.
