• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with SQL (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MapReduce).
• 3 years of experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• 2 years of experience with people management.
• Experience with classification systems, ranking systems, or similar.
• Experience collecting, managing, and synthesizing large data sets and information from disparate sources, statistical modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
• Ability to demonstrate high-level product and policy knowledge with the ability to understand and design training roadmaps.
• Ability to communicate and persuade between multiple levels.
• Ability to create opportunities to innovate and see them through to completion and in complex international and multifunctional teams.
