• 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology
• Experience working in a fast-changing, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently, be solutions-oriented, and process high amounts of data to drive business strategies and decisions
