• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent project or program management experience
• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end program management and large-scale change management efforts across multiple functions preferably in the tech industry
• Experience with program & project management practices, tools, and methodology
• Experience working in operations, collaborating with global teams, multinational vendors & BPOs
• Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
