• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 7-8+ years experience working on relevant issues, preferably at an internet or technology company
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA (or similar project management tools)
• Proficiency with other widely-used business systems and tools, such as Confluence
