• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience working with customers in tech - Management Consulting, Business Development, or Sales
• Experience managing customer-facing projects/programs
• Experience with online advertising policy, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement, or related field
• Ad tech experience working at an agency/trading desk/publisher and using AdManager and/or DV360
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage changing product sets and client needs
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to proactively anticipate issues and develop solutions
