• 7+ years’ experience in BPO accounts and 3+ years of selling experience in BPO accounts with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets
• A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers
• Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions
• Ability to write and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and document activities
• Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond
• Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities
