• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, business intelligence, data science, corporate strategy, trust and safety, and/or operations
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, and other data analytics
• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, and/or data sciences)
• Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executive leadership
• Ability to influence the direction of data efforts across the business
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Outstanding problem-solving, business judgment, and analysis skills
