• 4+ years experience working in Policy, Prevention Science, Social Work, Psychology, Child Advocacy or another field with a focus on themes of child or adolescent safety, privacy, and wellbeing
• Experience developing and refining policies that are designed to scale across large populations
• A solutions mindset to regularly assess policy challenges and then develop strategies to bolster policy effectiveness
• Some understanding of Trust & Safety positioning in the entertainment media technology sector, with comfort learning internal tools and product workflows
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to educate a wide variety of business stakeholders including Country Policy, Content Creative, Product Policy, Engineering, Public Policy, Legal, Communications, and Data Science on the nuances of nuances of developmentally optimal digital experiences
• Zero fear of, and an enthusiasm for learning new tools, backend structures, and unique product features
• Fluency in Spanish and/ or Portuguese
• Familiarity working on tech policy issues related to safety and online digital rights
• Experience working with machine learning models or other metadata processes that scale content curation
• Familiarity designing codebooks, measures, questionnaires, surveys, etc
