• 5+ years of experience in a field directly focused on bullying, cyberbullying, or other forms of harassment (as a researcher, educator, lawyer, technologist, or employee of an NGO or other organization focused on prevention of harassment)
• 3+ years policy development, analysis, or evaluation
• Deep understanding of technology, Internet, social media and/or platform content issues
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (psychology, sociology, law, etc.)
• Experience specifically in preventing online harassment and/or user-generated content moderation
• Exposure to designing policies or processes for scale in a fast-paced media organization
