• You have 3+ years in product marketing or policy program experience, ideally related to Trust & Safety
• Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• You have a high level of integrity as well as interpersonal skills as you often act as the “glue” between internal departments
• You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and external audiences
