• 3+ years of experience in product management in Consumer-Facing mobile or web Internet companies
• Experience and expertise in Trust & Safety; understand the landscape and policy development and implementation
• Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of delivering value-adding products, and/or organizational or process changes that benefit the business
• Good project management and communication skills, able to influence and unite cross-functional teams
• Experience in working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
