• 2+ years of experience in product management in Consumer-Facing mobile or web Internet companies
• Experience and expertise in trust & safety, compliance, transparency related reporting products and tools
• Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of pushing ambitious products, and/or organizational or process changes
• Good project management and communication skills, able to influence and unite cross-functional teams
• Experience in working with cross functional partners across different time zones, cultures and languages
• Understanding of the landscape and new policy developments in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry
• Highly data-sensitive, capable of in-depth data interpretation
