• Bachelor's degree with equivalent 7+ years of practical experience in creating, developing, and delivering training programs
• Strong track record as a people manager with a minimum of 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Excellent leadership and judgement skills, particularly in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated experience delivering on global, complex projects related to learning and training
• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning concepts and methods
• Demonstrated planning and organization skills, ability to independently manage multiple medium to large scale training projects from initiation to delivery with strong documentation
• Excellent written & oral communication skills, public speaking, presentation skills, and overall interpersonal awareness
• Ability to adapt to business needs and work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
• Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
