Experience defining and executing against program requirements

5+ years experience in program or risk management and working cross functionally with tech and non-tech stakeholders
•
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
•
Experience in content policy, or public policy, policy communications, compliance, or legal with an emphasis on the technology industry
•
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills -- As part of your application, you will complete a written policy proposal exercise
•
Ability to work at a fast pace dealing in ambiguous subjects, using sound judgment to drive strategy, action and results
•
Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive solutions to complex problems
•
Demonstrated experience collaborating, consensus-building and problem-solving, in demanding environments
•
Master’s Degree or an equivalent of 5+ years of experience in policy, business, operations or similar graduate degree such as a law degree
•
Experience working in compliance or policy operations
