• Experience in business process analysis, operations management, and/or global program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
• Experience using data to provide solutions and recommendations.
• Experience with and knowledge of one of the following areas: Ads, Publisher Quality, Search and Assistant, and/or YouTube.
• Experience working with multiple large datasets.
• Experience with operations management and vendor management.
• Experience as a Project Management Professional, Six Sigma (Green or Black), or Lean.
• Intra cost management experience (budgets, forecasting, etc.).
