• You’re skilled at diplomacy and aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, including senior leaders
• You have Trust and Safety knowledge in an E-commerce business
• You’re familiar with contact center management
• You have a strong leadership presence, backed with Managerial experience
• You’re familiar with SalesForce and or JIRA
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Business, Psychology, Counseling, Technology, Communications , or related field
