• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing vendor operations across multiple geographies.
• Experience with program management in operations, strategy, and planning.
• Experience in program management on cross-functional projects.
• Experience making decisions to develop/communicate strategy and make clear recommendations at the executive level using a fact/data-based approach.
• Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels, including executive leadership teams, peers, and managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent modeling/presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
