• 3-5 Years experience working in an operations, accounting, finance, IT
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Up-to-date, working knowledge, and experience with industry best practices for extended workforce
• Translating operational controls to different organizational stakeholders at the BPOs for them to develop and enhance management's controls
• Experience managing multiple, parallel objectives across several different collaborative working groups
• Self-organized, with high attention to detail
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Excel
• Excellent prioritization and execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working for gaming, social, online content or entertainment company
• Experience in large-scale Business-to-Consumer company
