• B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
• 1+ years of people management experience managing technical teams in program management, Engineering or Operations
• 3+ years of program management experience
• 5+ years of program management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading teams of 5+ individuals
• Experience with technical areas spanning Infrastructure
• Domain knowledge of Trust and Safety
• Communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team
• Organizational, coordination multi-tasking experience, and attention to detail
• Practical and advanced theoretical understanding of managing the lifecycle of large-scale
programs and projects
• Analytical and problem-solving experience, exposure to large-scale and/or distributed systems and experience writing code
• Master's degree in a related field
