Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience

10 years of experience working on a team

Experience in project management and leading cross-functional, global projects

7 years of experience in content moderation, social media community guidelines analysis, or evaluating policy and making enforcement decisions
•
Experience working with product management and engineers to drive progress on key programs
•
Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
•
Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action
•
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills
•
Ability to speak and write in Spanish and/or Portuguese fluently
