• Experience supporting operations, planning and coordination of events
• A love for "poking holes" in existing processes, providing solutions to increase efficiency and a belief that there is always room for improvement
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Canva, PPT, Excel and Survey-monkey
• Have experience with tools such as Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, In-design or Adobe Illustrator
• Know-how on building dashboards to track metrics and KPI's
• Experience launching and driving marketing/communications aimed at employees
