• Deep analytical skills and the ability to understand both the technical and relationship aspects of “getting things done” at a modern software company
• Functional experience in eCommerece and Online Processes
• Experience with APIs, WebServices (REST or RPC or SOAP-based), Webhooks and reusable components specifically
• BS degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (CS, Eng, etc.)
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Hands-on software development experience in Java/Python/C#/C++/equivalent
• Have successfully built, deployed, and supported an enterprise-scale backend system in the cloud
• Experience in building reliable, scalable , high traffic, high concurrency systems
• Experience with AWS services; like Kubernetes, AWS Lamba, DynamoDB, In-memory DBs, etc
• Experience in measuring the performance of the system by adding required metrics and tracing the API’s
• Experience in modern database (SQL and NoSQL)/storage technologies
• Understands complex workflows and develops and validates innovative solutions to solve difficult problems
• Experience with multi-threaded programming
• Experience in building globally distributed systems using Kafka, Big Data, HDFS, Hadoop, Spark/Flink Streaming, data warehouse, or similar systems
