• Fluency in English and one of the following: Turkish, Korean, Arabic language (written and verbal communication).
• 1+ years experience with content policy and moderation or anti-abuse operations.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
• Proactive towards complying with procedures, policies and objectives set in place and taking a disciplined approach when undertaking tasks.
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working independently with judgment.
