• Bachelor's degree in political science, operations, or international affairs, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in a policy, legal, regulatory, compliance, forecasting, intelligence, or tech environment
• Experience in data and analytics and working with database queries/analysis
• Experience with policy development, design, and delivery.
• Experience with insights, intelligence, forecasting, and/or trends
• Experience with the technology sector and key policy issues affecting the internet (e.g., content moderation, privacy, free expression)
• Experience using SQL, Python, and/or other data query tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak and write in English and French, German or Spanish fluently
