• Proven ability to rapidly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them, and deliver pragmatic solutions
• Skilled in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and actionable data
• Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese
• Previously served as a Chief of Staff
• Previously worked in a global facing role
• Experience supporting operations in a hybrid and/or remote work environment
