• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in developer support, policy enforcement, customer support, policy creation, security programs, business strategy, operations consulting, or similar roles.
• 2 years of experience in people management.
• Build close relationships with Trust and Safety teams covering different Google products, including regular synchronizations to understand the latest security trends.
