• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of work experience managing dynamic operational projects in the sensitive abuse space with changing workflows and rapidly evolving abuse trends
• 4 years of experience managing security technical projects and/or vendor implementations
• Experience in investigations, data analysis and insight generation
• Experience in the security industry, for content review, abuse, and malware threads
• Experience with stakeholders and project management with the ability to influence executive decision makers
• Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiations, location strategy, and budgeting
• Experience in the language for the abuse sector
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
