• 15+ years of relevant work experience
• 7+ years of people management experience with demonstrated success of effective leadership
• Significant background in partnerships, advocacy, policy programming or operations management, business development, product marketing, and/or policy comms
• Knowledge of mainstream video-sharing products, social media platforms and/or Trust & Safety
• Understanding of major social issues related to tech platforms
• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams such as Public Policy, Legal, Operations, and/or Product
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort with data, research, and academic disciplines
• Ability to travel frequently to manage stakeholders and projects
