• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in technology industry, government, or related industry.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including with stakeholders and executives.
• Experience working at a technology company's strategic response or escalation/risk management function.
• Experience in reviewing or being exposed to sensitive content.
• Familiarity with Google products, infrastructure, and types of online abuse.
