• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in trust and safety at a technology company or equivalent experience in intelligence, security analysis, or threat/risk management in government
• 4 years of experience assessing, analyzing, resolving issues and datasets, and distilling them into actionable concepts
• Experience with the intelligence cycle and/or preparing intelligence or risk analysis reports about disinformation, violent extremism, and/or dangerous organizations
• Experience in verbal and written communication with executives, working with a global distributed team, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience in link analysis, network analysis or data mining, or equivalent technical analytical capabilities to deliver results
• Understanding of tactics, techniques, and procedures used by violent extremists and criminal organizations to evade detection and enforcement
• Familiarity leveraging Python and SQL, including scripting skills
• Ability to comfortably review potentially sensitive or offensive material
